This spring, kids have traded afternoons running and playing on the soccer field for isolation in their homes. For some, access to physical activity during quarantine is not an option.

As a result of Covid-19 closures, AYSO’s 800 Regions have lost approximately $9 million in funding, which means that some programs might not have the startup funds to launch again this Fall.  This will leave many of our players without a team, field, or safe place to play when Covid-19 closure policies are lifted.
Not only did Stack Sports graciously donate $10,000 to the Everyone Plays® Challenge, but they also started a fundraising team as well and have challenged both Stack Sports Staff and Users to join digital forces – leveraging over 20,000 leagues and club teams in North America in our mission.  “We would like everyone to join us in supporting the AYSO W.H.E.N! Foundation as they encourage physical activity, nutrition education, and wellness initiatives across the nation,” says Brandon Shangraw, Stack Sports VP of Marketing and Innovation.

“We are incredibly excited to support our partners AYSO through the W.H.E.N! Foundation and the Everyone Plays® Challenge. At Stack Sports, our mission to increase participation and transform the sport experience starts with making sure every athlete has an opportunity to play,” said Jeff Brunsberg, Chief Revenue and Strategy Officer.
